Today I want you to get out for your workout and use your happiness as your fuel. So often we are stressed and overworked that a workout becomes an energy release as well as a release of anger and we complete the workout still harboring some anger. Why don’t you try fueling your workout with happiness at least just for today? For most people their workout is not usually fueled by happiness. I have different workouts, some fueled by happiness, others as a stress outlet. But my best workouts are usually when I am at my happiest. So stop stressing, smile and gut out a great workout. I guarantee you will have no regrets when you complete this workout, you will have more energy and you will feel amazing. Some things to think about when you workout today are (that I often ponder):
1. How much have you accomplished in your life?
2. How fortunate you are for your health!
3. You are lucky to have your family!
4. Be happy to be you!
