Open Your Eyes

With a recent string of events with family members being sick, accidents, issues and every day life; I am reminded to open my eyes.  And in the midst of all this I had gotten sick and those close to me were truly there.  There is so much stress in everyday life and if this is what we choose to focus on we will feel broken.  Stress and overwhelm will overtake our life and the beauty of the world will pale. But if we look at the beauty of the day, the sun in the sky, the breeze on our face; we will smile.  If we focus on the laughter of our loved ones and the wonderful people we meet on our journey of life, we will smile. 😉 Positive things come to those who look up and see this beauty.  And if we share our positivity, people will pay it forward and we can truly make a difference.  So I walk through life hoping to make a difference through my work as a trainer, through my teachings as a mom, in my marriage and to all those that I encounter.  Because we call all make a difference, if we just try, right??  So my advice to you is to give your very best to each and everyone. If someone is willing to let you into their world, help them to make a change.  Never expect anything from others and you will be surprised in what they do.  And be thankful for your loved ones because they are the light of the day!
