Hi friends! Sorry it has taken me so long to write but things have been pretty busy over here. Between moving, having a fourth baby, and converting my business to personal training; things have been so crazy. Life has been non stop and that pretty much sums up my journey, as of late. I have also written several freelance publications but with all of this, I have been hoping to find my way back to sharing my voice with you. There is such joy and relief in sharing a positive message to the world through writing. For as long as I can remember I sat with a pen in my hand letting the words flow. And you deserve to hear my message of positivity. So prepare to hear my words of wisdom on fitness, health, love and life. And please feel free to reach out if you have any questions, comments or just need to vent. And with this I leave you with my five tips to better your day:
1. Start the day with a workout
If you exercise early you will have more energy and feel so much better!
2. Count your blessings
There is not a day I take for granted and I am so thankful for my husband and children. And I have
super extended family that truly cares. So be thankful because you have much greatness too.
Even on the darkest days, there is always a reason to smile. Search for your happiness and make a
change because you deserve this.
4. Nourish your body
Stop stressing in losing weight and start eating for your health. If you stop focusing on what you
have to eliminate and instead add healthier foods, you will take on your lifestyle in a healthier
and happier way. Don’t give up, live for the better!
5. Spread a positive message
You come in contact with so many amazing people on a daily basis so stop passing them by in a hurry.
If you make time to stop and learn from others, you can help make this world a better place. People
matter and you can make a difference if you just converse in a positive way with the great people
